Dear Readers,
Today is a landmark day for Leadership-Tools.com as we announce a new book release, 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life, a joint venture with David Riklan. My friend David Riklan, the President and Founder of the #1 Self Improvement website in the world, SelfGrowth.com, has tapped the minds of today’s most knowledgeable and influential experts in the self improvement and leadership development industry.
David and his staff have pulled together something that is truly remarkable for anyone aspiring to become a more effective leader, and anyone wishing to live a more fulfilling life.
Leadership-Tools.com is proud to have been personally invited by David to co-author this new book and participate in the official launch. The new book, 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life, uncovers 101 of the greatest success secrets of our time, brought together with an outstanding bonus gift bundle worth 100 times the investment - and you can have it ALL for less than $15!
Let me attempt to paint this magnificent picture a little more clearly so you don’t think this is all just a bunch of sales-hype.
The book reveals 101 quick, simple and -- most importantly -- proven success secrets from the top experts in the world. Each author was asked, and was held accountable by David, to provide their most valuable insights to leadership and self-improvement. He requested and received their most valuable golden nuggets for personal and business success.
I'm thrilled to be a co-author of the “101 Great Ways” project and have included one of the greatest secrets to success that I have ever learned within the pages of this highly motivational book.
David and I are so confident that you will love the book and bonuses that he is backing up the offer with a complete no-risk guarantee.
As a subscriber to my newsletter, you’ve come to know and trust me. I highly value your trust and would never put our relationship at risk only to sell a few books. So believe me when I tell you that you can also trust David. He stands by his word so you literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
As a student of leadership, you know the importance of reading quality books on a regular basis. I highly encourage you to let this book be your next selection. 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life offers more than just a few good stories, it provides key insights for living a better life and being a more effective leader.
Obviously, you’ll want to get all the details about the bonus items. Honestly, I was astounded with the value that David is offering - all for less than $15. Frankly, I’ve never seen such as great offer. David has really outdone himself. So do yourself a favor and check this out.
Here’s the link for you to go directly to the offer:
The other day I happened to notice my four year old daughter and her little friend playing in the living room.
At first I didn’t think much about their playful interaction. However, at one point I heard the little friend become upset because she couldn’t find the correct piece to a puzzle they were working on.
I heard the little friend exclaim, “I don’t like doing puzzles - the pieces don’t fit right!”
At that very moment, I was ever so proud to hear my four year old daughter reply, “The pieces will fit but you have to keep trying.”
Sensing her little friend’s frustration, I went over to see if they needed any help. As it turned out, the little friend had the correct puzzle-piece in her hand but it was turned a bit too far one way in order to fit properly. With a slight turn clockwise, the puzzle-piece fit perfectly, her eyes lit up with a sense of accomplishment - and the two commenced their play.
There are some very powerful lessons that we can all gain from these two toddler’s experience. For example:
The new book mentioned earlier, 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life, in a very real sense - represents the puzzle challenge. The book is packed full of smaller pieces to the puzzle of life. Each piece (success secret) is equally important and necessary in order to experience a life with the utmost quality and fulfillment.
At your next staff meeting consider bringing this lesson to your team. Divide your team up into small groups of 3-5 and assign each team to put together a puzzle.
After 10-20 minutes of “puzzle mayhem”, ask the teams to stop so you can inspect their progress. You’ll notice that some teams were more productive than others.
Ask the teams that made good progress on their puzzle to share their strategy for success. Write down all the key actions that helped them do well. Build on the themes of goal-setting, teamwork and effective communication.
Ask the teams that were not as productive to share their experience. Ask what they would do differently if given the same task in the future. Again, take notes from their feedback.
Continue the discussion by asking your team some key questions to get them thinking about the Puzzle assignment as an analogy for working effectively together and living a more fulfilling life. Questions might include:
The above Puzzle exercise provides a simple anecdote to many of life’s little challenges. As we learn to break down large goals into smaller, more manageable tasks – we see that with enough time and enough persistence to continually move forward, there is very little that we cannot accomplish.
Special thanks go out to all our readers who so graciously take the time to provide feedback and comments of encouragement.
