Give Yourself A Raise - Today!
"Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out." - John Wooden
As we are quickly approaching the April 15th deadline for submitting our yearly tax returns, this is the perfect time to talk about how you can instantly add more money to your bottom line.
So many people work tirelessly at their present job with hopes that they will be rewarded with a grand merit increase at the end of the each year. As you may have already experienced, the days when a good employee routinely receives annual performance increases of 5-7% are long past.
In fact, many companies are moving toward a "total compensation" program, which includes a smaller base salary - and in order to earn more on top of the base salary, you must "earn your raise" each year through a separate incentive plan.
As a result, more pressure and higher expectations are placed on the employee to exceed performance year over year in order to cover an increased cost of living.
On the surface, most folks would think this isn’t fair and that they are being asked to do more for less. Well, yeah! Perhaps that’s a valid point – but the real issue is not whether it’s fair. The real question is "How can I best respond to this situation and feel as if I’m back in control of my own destiny?"
The fact is that today more Americans are creating home businesses for the sole purpose of leveraging the benefits of home business tax deductions – so they can keep more of what they earn. In effect, giving themselves a raise!
"But that’s too hard!" Hmm? "Who has the time to build their own business in addition to holding down a full time job?" (Sigh.)
OH, STOP IT! Remember, we are all WINNERS here, not whiners, right! ;-)
Creating a home business does take some time (but not as much as you might think), and it certainly does take some motivation and effort (without a doubt). However, anyone who is willing and able – CAN DO IT! 100%, Absolutely - CAN DO IT. In the interest of keeping this brief, we’ll walk you through the process step be step using a series of links. By clicking on the links provided, you can easily learn for yourself how quickly you can establish a profitable home-based business and how you can immediately maximize your business using tax strategies that are available to anyone – and are completely ethical and legal.
First, we point you once again to the best tool on the market for creating high quality and profitable websites (no inventory, little hassle, and a very realistic way to start a home based business). Use the same tool we used to create this website (Leadership-Tools.com) – an outstanding product called SiteBuild-It! (SBI)

Thirdly, take action toward Step 1 and Step 2, and repeat daily. You’ll soon realize that having your own home-based business is no longer just an option – it’s an absolute necessity in order to stay ahead, and stay in control of your financial future.
Best of luck to you in your future business endeavors!

Purpose = Motivation
"The men who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed." - Lloyd Jones
Ever wonder how you can keep yourself motivated given the chaotic stresses you encounter daily?
Need that extra boost to stay energized and engaged at home, at work and even during your "spare" time?
Often when people are feeling as if they are "in a rut" or aren’t feeling quite as if they are "on their game" – it’s the result of not being squarely focused on what it is that they are really trying to achieve.
Bottom line: Our Purpose = Our Motivation. What’s this mean?
The secret to staying motivated is to make sure we remain focused on what it is that really want out of this life, versus simply working to keep up with the basic everyday demands that are put in front of us.
In other words, stop asking the question, "What do I need to do? Or, What must I do?". And instead, answer the question, "What do I want to do, and why do I want to do it?"
The answer to the latter question will identify your true purpose and because your purpose is meaningful to you – you naturally are excited to move toward achieving that objective.
So ask yourself the following:
1. What do I want in my family experience? Why is this important to me?
2. What do I want out of my friendships? Why is this important to me?
3. What do I want in my financial life? Why is this important to me?
4. What do I want in my spiritual/emotional life? Why is this important to me?
5. What do I want in my professional career? Why is this important to me?
6. What do I want in my physical health? Why is this important to me?
Keep the answers to the above questions in front of you daily. Plan your days, weeks and months around the continual progression toward your "wants". As a result you will find your days filled with activities that excite you and motivate you to learn, grow and live a higher quality life.
Don’t expect anyone to motivate you. It’s up to each of us to be self-motivated and live our lives to utmost.
"Your chances of success in any undertaking can always be measured by your belief in yourself."- Robert Collier
